So, there’s this whole plant-based movement taking on the world, and I’m here for it! While I don’t think I can ever give up my Irish bred burgers, I can definitely dive head first into this smoothie bowl concept. At Kale + Coco, all of their food is plant based, and their coffee drinks are made by standard with oat milk. You might think the Irish only eat meat and potatoes, but there is healthy food in Dublin, too!
The Kale + Coco cafe is a really great place to sit with a book or a laptop. It has tons of bright natural light, fresh green plants, and plenty of plugs and wi-fi. And, if you are going for “the ‘gram” they have the cutest outdoor space with swings for a nice, warm day!

Food
They sell the yummiest smoothie bowls in the morning. They are easily best smoothie bowls in Dublin! Then at lunch, they serve nourish bowls, which are very similar to buddah bowls. Try them all!
All of their coffee drinks are made with oat milk, but they have other non-dairy milks as well.
Price
Bowls are between 8-12 each (very affordable, and filling!)
Groups
This is a seat yourself restaurant, so take as many people as you like! It’s a great spot for a few girlfriends for a healthy brunch, but also the perfect spot to spend the afternoon with your laptop getting some work done (or even writing a blog post about them)! 🙂
