If you are looking for the most instagrammable cafe in Dublin, I’d argue that Cafe Bombo is it! They have paid incredible attention to detail. The place is covered in a stunning, flowered wallpaper and has the comfiest, pink plush booth with a neon sign backdrop. From their decor to their drinks, and all the way down to their food, it’s hard NOT to get the perfect instapost.
Cafe Bombo is a unique and modern cafe located in the historic Liberties area of Dublin. The cafe is connected to another new venue called Proof Pizza which also has COCKTAILS ON TAP! You heard right, this is not a drill!! You can order your espresso martini or G&T right from a tap! They are STRONG and a great value! It’s quickly becoming a new favorite among locals and great place for an afternoon out with your girlfriends!

It’s located on Thomas Street near the Guinness Storehouse and the Vicar Street concert venue. It is connected to Proof Pizza.

Food
Cafe Bombo gets its name from their Bombolinos – holeless doughnuts with a variety of yummy, fill yourself fillings! I tried the S’mores flavor and it was amazing! They even roasted the marshmallow right there in the cafe!
They also have bombolinis (gorgeous ice cream sundays) which look like magic! I will definitely be trying them when I pop in next.
The cafe is connected to Proof Pizza. Obviously by their name, they serve pizzas (which I haven’t tried yet), but they also have cocktails on TAP! It’s a very unique and fun place to spend a weekend afternoon!
Price
All of the treats on their menu are between 5-7 euro!
Groups
This place is great for small groups, like 2-4. There isn’t a ton of seating, but it makes it really easy to have a little photoshoot without lots of people in your pics!
